Think You Are Safe? Meet 11 of the Most Dangerous Animals on Earth

Danger in the beast area does not always come from size or strength alone. Some of the world’s most dangerous creatures are small, or putatively inoffensive, yet they pose serious  pitfalls to humans due to venom, aggression, or the conditions they carry. These creatures are responsible for thousands of injuries and deaths each time, frequently because humans underrate them or intentionally enter their home. 

Saltwater Crocodile

Saltwater crocodiles are deadly bloodsuckers with crushing bite force. They are responsible for  multitudinous fatal attacks, especially in littoral and swash regions. 

Box Jellyfish 

The box doormat possesses extremely potent venom that can beget heart failure within minutes. Indeed brief contact with its tentacles can be fatal without immediate medical care. 

African Elephant 

Despite their calm appearance, mammoths can be extremely dangerous when hovered. They beget hundreds of human deaths annually due to stamping and aggressive charges. 

Hippopotamus

Hippos are largely territorial and changeable. They attack boats and humans regularly and are considered one of Africa’s deadliest large mammals. 

Cape Buffalo 

Frequently called “widowmakers,” Cape buffalo are responsible for numerous fatal hassles. They are aggressive, and known to ambush perceived  pitfalls. 

Great White Shark  

While attacks are rare, great white harpies are important bloodsuckers able to inflict fatal injuries. Their size and strength make hassles extremely dangerous. 

Bane Dart Frog

These brightly colored frogs carry poisons potent enough to kill humans. Indigenous lines historically used their bane on hunting brickbats. 

Black Mamba 

The black mamba is fast, aggressive when cornered, and largely poisonous. Without treatment, its bite can be fatal within hours. 

Pufferfish 

Pufferfish contain tetrodotoxin, a bane far more murderous than cyanide. Inaptly set pufferfish can bring rapid fire palsy and death. 

Scorpion

Certain scorpion species deliver venom capable of causing severe pain, palsy, or death, especially in children and the elderly.
